Michael Dana - I have not used him, but know him through Temple Sharey Tefilo Israel - has kids himself. You could probably leave your number with the temple and they could have him contact you - I do not know his business number. We used Royal Baby Proofing. They were very reliable and helpful. They have a website, where you can find the contact number. we used Royal Baby Safety- Steve. He did a good job. We took the approach that it was worth paying someone the premium to have the gates installed correctly etc.. He does a "free" walk-through & recommendation, and then you select what you'd like to have him install. I think he did the gates for the stairs on his first visit(which we were most concerned about), and then came back to do the rest. We picked the gate from his website. If you need the contact info, let me know, I can look for it. He has a website too. I used Mike Dana who lives in Short Hills. Company name is Dana and Sons. If you can't locate the number in the phone book let me know and I will hunt it up. He gave a free consulation in my home and then a detailed price list that was reasonable. He'll recommend everything...but you can choose what you want. We avoided toilet lid locks. He has some good gadgets for the kitchen. Mike Dana of Dana & Sons, 973.379.0073, is a semi-"stay-at-home-dad" who lives in town and does babyproofing while his kids are in school/at camp. I believe that he has been doing babyproofing now for a few years. He did a wonderful job for us about 2 years ago. In addition to doing a really nice job babyproofing, he was prompt, reliable, thorough, very reasonable and extremely low pressure. I would recommend him highly.
