Any recommendations for a trustworthy & reliable house cleaner who speaks 
English?

We use Christina -- 973-895-7778.

She is very trustworthy and reliable.  her cleaning is not the best I've
ever seen -- but far from the worst.

She is Polish. she has a very heavy accent, but she understands and speaks
english enough for a housecleaner.

Geraldo and Nara are good.  They are a husband/wife team. Geraldo speaks 
very good English. I've used them for about three years now and have been
