Here is the compiled list of recommended spa-like places for a mani/pedi:
 
I highly recommend Magnolias in Millburn but they couldn't accommodate 
3 pedis at once during the summer. 
 
Others recommended:
several recommendations for Anthony Garubo Day Spa in Maplewood
 
several recommendations for the Short Hills Hilton
 
rainbow nails is new and a little nicer. It is in shopping strip near bellini furniture
 
place in Maplewood across from Anthony Garubo Spa ( very pretty facilities and same 
price as others. It's on the corner of Maplewood Ave. and the street where the restaurant 
Centanni is. Across from Val's Art Studio. Across from Anthony Garubo (also does 
manicures and haircuts))
