very easy if they are willing to pay.  we use gtm and they do all the
work for us.  not very expensive, and they take care of issuing the pay
check, taking out the employer and employee taxes, filing estimated
taxes for us as the employer and preparing a w-2 for the employee at the
end of the year.  take a look at www.gtm.com.

I'd REALLY recommend that they hire an accountant.  The process is quite
complex and even alot of accountants don't necessarily know all the ins
and outs.
