We have been happy with Phoenix Irrigation Corp.  They installed and 
maintain our underground sprinklers: 973-912-9800 (one mentioned)

The other was Emerald Sprinkers. 
We're very happy with Emerald -- they installed our sprinklers for the 
previous owner of our house, but we still use them for semi-annual
maintenance. Fair, prompt and friendly. 973-376-7753.

(though they did screw up our water pressure when they installed the 
system).
