We used Auguste Santore Jr in Berkeley Heights for our house closing and
remortgage.  He's a young solo attorney.  He was  very nice and low key
(as well as reasonable--the relocation company would have paid him up to
$1500 but he only billed us about half).  He has a form for a will to
fill out before meeting with him--that's as far as we got though so I
don't know his charge.

We used a lawyer that we think very highly of....his name is Allen
Rosenblatt 973-993-3136. He works out of Morristown offices (I think)
but lives in town. It has been a couple of years since he did our wills.
My husband is a lawyer by training (consultant by practice) as well and
thinks Allen is very thorough, easy to talk to and very helpful and
good. Hope that helps you....  please let him know we recommended him.

I used Bob Giasullo in West Orange on Northfield Avenue who is an estate
attorney (973-325-7800).  He was recommended to me by a friend who
worked at a the Trust dept of then Union Bank and I think he did a good
job. He set up a Trust for us and then a will for my mom.  He has dealt
with some other related issues since and has been responsive.

Springfield.

He was reasonable and very easy to deal with.
