If you find out the name of a good tuner, let me know!  Our piano teacher is Caren Slomin on Addison Dr – we go to her - (973) 376-4550 – she is wonderful.  We have seen her for 3 years and my kids are now 9 and 12

We have a piano teacher that comes to the house (Melissa - 201-704-8353).  She lives on Ridgewood and is in her 5th year at Montclair State studying music education.  She's away until mid-Aug.  She's pretty busy with school and concerts, etc., but my kids really like her.  She also gives lessons to 3 other kids in the neighborhood that I know of.

For tuning, we used Amadeus Piano (1-800-33tuner).  They also moved our piano from my in-laws house.  The guy seemed really knowledgeable,
but I'm really not, so I'm not the best critic.

I am a lower and middle school piano teacher at Gill St. Bernard's School and am starting to teach students
at my home on Pine St. Millburn since moving here a year ago.  I can talk to you more about my background
and teaching style if you are interested.  As for a good piano tuner, I have been recommended Jerry Vezza.
Feel free to contact me at: 973.763.6577 Sarah Kuo

Our piano tuner, for many years now, is Jerry Vezza (he lives in Madison).  His number is (973) 377-6212.
He is also an accomplished pianist and has a jazz trio (or duo) if you know anyone who needs musicians to play for a cocktail party.

We just had our piano tuned.  His name is Gifford Herud.  He seems to know what he is doing.  It's hard to tell since I do not have a  lot of piano knowledge.
He charges $90.00.  His phone number is 201-602-8820.

I got my piano tuner from a friend a few years ago and he's awesome (and  extremely reasonable). I've used him numerous time and have recommended him
to a lot of people (including real piano people) who were all thrilled.

A wonderful man named Damon Falzone(sp?), at 908-432-6595 tuned my piano recently.  I think he charges $125, if I recall correctly.
