- 1 package (14 oz) Entenmann's Fat Free Mable Loaf, cubed
- 3/4 cup decaf coffee
- 1 package (8 oz) Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened in
microwave for 15 seconds
- 1-1/2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Vanilla
Flavored Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tub (8 oz) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed
Place half the loaf cubes in the bottom of a 2-qt serving bowl; set
aside.
Beat cheese and coffee in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Add pudding mix and cinnamon;
beat
until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon half
of the pudding
mixture over cake cubes in bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cubes
and top with
remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish with
additional whipped topping, chocolate sprinkles, red cinnamon candies
and
fresh mint leaves, if desired. Makes 12 servings.
