4 Lamb chops, about 3/4" thick
1 - 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1/4 - 1/2 cup finely choppedwalnuts
1/4 - 1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp snipped parsley
Place lamb chops on rack in broiler pan and broil 3 inches from heat
for 5
min. Season with salt and pepper. Combine honey and lemon juice; stir
in
walnuts and parsley. Turn the chops; broil for another 5-6 min. Spoon
nut
mixture over chops; broil 1 min longer. Makes 2-4 servings.
This recipe is so simple, tastes great and even looks pretty. The only
tough part is not burning the walnuts at the end. Just brown them -
it's
one minute...max.
